Exotic or hard woods

Hi folks, does anyone have an idea of where to pick up exotic or hard woods (cocobolo etc) at a reasonable price?

I just need tiny bits really, 3" long minimum, for practising wood turning.

If it's just for practice then I recommend Stiles & Bates. The quality of some of it isn't great but it's cheap

Not cues
Just practice, mate. Bought a cheap lathe and want some decent timber instead of the pine i've been using, which isn't ideal.

Might have a go at bowls at some point, but mostly spindles for now.
