Well,Norway didn't go through either....which doesn't bother me too much.
Most of the songs were....crap (not my type of music, not even the punk act,as they sang out of tune and the song was boring), but I was actually quite impressed with Serbia's song....*embarrassed*.....it was actually quite beautiful, even though I didn't understand a word
                Glad they're through.

I got quite curious reading that, wondering, whom Israel had send this time... so erm 'Teabaggs' is it now, I am so sure they are know as 'TippEx' over here (the Hebrew spelling is actually still the latter). And finally heard that song now Not all bad
Actually they are one of the more famous groups here, not a bad contribution this year, compared to the usual commercial nonsense...

Some strange results... I sort of expected Israel to go through. Austria's song was a bit better than last year, but still rather unsucessful (not that I care).
How could Switzerland send DJ Bobo? They must have been quite desperate

You're kidding? DJ Bobo? That is indeed desperation. I want Germany to send Heino and/or Mambo Kurt next year
Das war ein FLUKE! Ein Glückstreffer!

DJ Bobo...well he didn't survive the semis...boring song

I know Heino, but who is Mambo Kurt? Maija, for sure you do know a lot about music! And, we already sent some strange Volksmusik acts there over the years...no need to fall back into bad habits

Thankfully the UK are already in the main event but are song is god awful. Hoepfully there wont be as much political voting as there have been for the past few years. Does anybody else enjoy this or is it just my guilty pleasure?
                          Hi Alex/guys,

.........and I'm another one that really enjoys the eurovision too.. , and usually have a couple of drinks with friends, and all sit around and watch together.. great fun..

And nice to see as well all the different countries competing, and to learn a little bit about the different cultures as well..

                          Looking forward to it........

                              Renaming the event

                              They should rename it into:

The European Gay and Travesty Song Contest.

It is quite popular in our local gay bars.
