Not totally sure but I guess you can watch it here http://www.eurovision.tv/content/view/161/142/ as it says "The live webcast of the Final starts at 21:00 CET" in the Live section.
Having been able to skive off invitations to watching the chansons in recent years I'm awaiting pure hell tonight.
