I am off work for almost 4 months starting June 1st, so if a 12th member signs up till then, I'd like to take part in the new league.
      I promise I won't nag one bit!

You could split it into to leagues of 6 with the top 2 from each league moving into the Semi Finals?

I dont know if thats going be fair. With 2 leagues the likes of Ellena, Ranen and Elvaago could all be in one group, making it very difficult for the other 3 in that group. Whilst all the other players in the other group would have a much better chance of qualifying ?

It might be easier to put everyone in one group, Or introduce seeding if 2 groups are to be used ?

I would say one group would be better. We are not in any rush to finish things and seeding two groups could still cause problems if any of the new people are awesome. It would be hard to balance.

If we had 16 or more then groups would be necessary I admit.

Shall we have each player playing 2 different players every week?
If 1 player plays only one other player each week it would take really very long.
                    Any ideas suggestions?

Well, 2 matches a week is a bit much to be honest but I agree that it might take too long to only play one match.

                      Maybe one every 10 days?

edit: OF COURSE, that should be 2 every ten days!

Would it work to have a minimum of 1 fixture each week but with the flexibilty to play more if you can ?

Although I guess if some players cant make any more than 1 game a week its kind of pointless though ? Because near the end those who had played more games quicker would just be waiting for those who couldnt play more anyway ?

If you did it that some weeks you play two games and then other weeks you play one game. Thus meaning the length of the league would be 9 weeks long.

I think some of us would struggle. I know that I often found it difficult getting the one game in during a week.

(Mind you, I did still cope that time chasmmi gave me 3 games to play one week, despite being away from the Thursday till Monday night! )

There's no big rush to complete all the fixtures, is there? I imagine we might need a bit of extra flexibility in there too - for example, if people are away for holidays etc.
