To begin with, we need to make a distinction between the two members. I don't think it's fair to say "the 147 guys"!

I asked Sam in because I know he would like to play and I for one would like to have another friendly face in the league. The way I see it he was the first applicant for the vacant post, through me of course. And as for not knowing the game, well I showed other people how to play and that didn't work out all that bad, did it?

That said, I have to add that we don't know drlog so I am probably being unfair to him. I am sorry about that, it was never my intention.
I will leave it up to you guys to decide if it comes down to choosing one of two players. To me, the ideal solution would be to have one more player in, so as to have 14 in total.

PS: What happened to the Ellena - Ranen match report??

I guess its just so you can get more variations in the points being awarded, rather than just win or loss. I doubt if its anything more complicated than that.

It is not too hard to create a 13 man league. Just means one person sits out each week (unless a 14th appears quickly)

(I tossed a coin to decide whether Sam or Drlog is the one to be without a match in the opening match. Therefore with this revised fixture list every player has one week where they do not play. Drlog has the rest in the first week as is shwn.

The number 14 indicates the as yet non existant 14th entrant.

If people are happy with this revised suggestion then I can contact Sam about playing our match in the very near future. If somebody has a better idea, well that's also good.
