4: drlog, I want to officially welcome you in the group. I will try to help you any way I can.
So, the week begins on a Friday and ends on a Thursday. You need to add the Yahoo addresses of all the other participants to your messenger list, and also give us yours so we can add you too. Including it in your profile (at least for a little while) would be very helpful I think.
We usually arrange when to play by pager messages or PMs here, we find a time convenient for both players and make an appointment. We play on messenger and not Yahoo Games usually, as it does not have the time pressure and it is more relaxed and fun.
I hope this info will do for now, please feel free to ask if there is anything else you need help with.

Don't forget, we play YAHOO pool, so you have to add all the addresses there.

Frame 1. After potting 4 balls in a row, with the frame at her mercy, Nina got a load of bad luck and missed the black. elvaago then cleaned up 4 balls and the black for a 1-0 lead.
Frame 2. Nina's in good form. She pots 5 balls before losing position. elvaago can't get into this frame and hands the black ball to Nina, who pots it for 1-1.
Frame 3. elvaago loses position with one ball to go and makes a mess of it. Nina then meets the bad luck monster again and pots the black by accident for 2-1.
Frame 4. Some very good potting by both players now as elvaago pots 4 and then Nina pots 6 balls in a row. elvaago then pots 2 more, but fouls white leaving Nina to clean up for 2-2.
Frame 5. What a cagey affair. elvaago lucked out in the end. 3-2.
Frame 6. The pool gods are not with us tonight. Another frame that took a while. In the end elvaago scrapes together enough pots to take at least one point. 4-2.
Frame 7. Yet another tough frame. But after being left with all the balls in a bunch, Nina finally opens them up and eventually elvaago manages to win it. 5-2.
Frame 8. Finally, some form was found. elvaago dug deep to show some of the stuff that got him to the final last time.

End result elvaago 6 - 2 Nina.

Right..well..i am not good with reports , i was hoping Rane will post one and save me from doing it.
We played our match , final result : Ellena 6-2 Ranen . I was pretty lucky , i admit. Ty for the game Ranen .

Please excuse the lack of indepth analysis but I am very tired right now, let me just say that Sam is very good.

chasmmi was very unlucky in at least a couple of racks & it could have easily been 4 apiece or even 5-3 in his favor (beginner's luck, i guess)

chasmmi, u're a top bloke, u've been very friendly, very helpful and above all very patient with my blanking screen and for that i'm very grateful

PS: the real advantage of this league is making new friends and i'm grateful for that too
