Exactly, that's the paradox, they want better rights yet want to throw away equality. It's like they are acting like sheep rather than individual identity.

There is no paradox, tories don't want you to have rights. Destroying unions and wages proves that. They wish to return to the free market ideal: Dickensian Britain, workhouses and kids up chimneys. I'm not joking, greed and exploitation are the cornerstones of the far right. Gives em a kick to see the working class suffer. You are expendable, that's what the ruling class say all the time.

I'm talking about voters decisions, not the government. The Cons aren't for the average person like you say, certainly not for the working class anyway and is the reason why zero hours is never brought up

Bring this decision forward a few years (hard brexit), what's the UK going to be like? It will try to play to it's strengths, which are financial and legal disciplines, it's manufacturing imports lots of raw ingredients and will decline, our resources are limited, so we are left with the service industries. Whilst they are high value added for now they are easily replicated. So in conclusion we'll lose some of our economy by not being so competitive in a single market and we'll have an exposed industry to rely on.

If you'd have bothered to read the thread you'd have seen that was a reaction to being labelled myself Britain hater etc... Obviously you're backing Mr Big Shot as he is in line with what you are, but don't make unbalanced judgements because of that fact. Loving the UK isn't about loving a piece of land, but more the people in it. Those people being treated with equality and respect are to me what makes the EU the only choice out of the two options, I don't support the country due to oppresion but freedom of expression/ability, yet some are the opposite, yourself included.

The nasty Germans argument raising its head Did you know the UK used concentration camps before the Germans during the Boer wars? Or is this a part of history that has been glossed over in your 'god save the queen' mind? Yes the Brits have changed and so have the Germans so none of this history matters, and the EU isn't about single country supremacy, something the UK wanted for its self, or at least a significant part of the electorate, hence the have your cake and eat it stance.

I love being english to be honest, I love our language, our culture, our art, our music, our literature, the sport we gave to the world, our manners and our english reserve, but as Chesterton wrote, we are the secret people who have not spoken yet, maybe we've just started.

The only freedom that is going to be denied to you is to walk uninvited into someone elses country and steal a cheap property from a local person who is more deserving.
You have two years to do so before you have to apply for an invitation, and there'll be some local councillor willing to bend over for your english money so there's nothing to worry about, it's the way of the world anywhere you go.

Seriously fella, you reckon the world is all songbirds and butterflies around the UK don't you, let me tell you after reading some international law it isn't, things won't be the same. I'll be stuck with regulations and prohibitions just as someone from Afghanistan will have if hard brexit is the case. Just because a student can still probably travel to Aus just like before don't mean I can set up a business in Bulgaria like before.

My friend , I'm not UK resident and I also have nothing to do with this Brexit.

I just saw your statement in regards to concentration camps. I just wanted to add sumthing here which is more related to current time . hope you do'nt mind.

Not saying Racism does not exist of course. believe it or not people gets discriminated in every country in the world.
Any one from any country who claims, in my country racism does not exist, IS simply lying to you.

On onother note , Sometimes a sense of patriotism (national responsibility) in our society, gets confused with Racism.
Even in our daily life, sometimes people have rather to make a moral choice instead of a sensible one. This gets confused with discrimination (in a positive way and sometimes in a negative way).

you come from a country with a long history ( in case ure from Brit ). This has a huge impact and influence on how people of nation behave themself, not to mention their behave towards others as well .
I notice that constantly. I have a few friends from England (some of them top snooker players).
Any occasion I get the chance to drink with these guys or we talk, I notice a big difference compared to people from other European countries.
They come across as deep thinking and wise people. honestly, I believe this is partly due to their long history.
We also have little bit of banter, teasing each other (you know ....., i say I'm the better one and they believe their country is much better and that kind of stuff ??). which is fun.
I enjoy of watching how these guys take pride in their country. Nothing wrong with that.
Do'nt get me wrong , I'm not indicating u're sum kind of country hater or anything like that . I do'nt know you.

Hypocrisy!. You moan about language and you've got two members using porn pictures as their avatars but have said nothing about that, nor Neil, about how that will ruin the minds of the young people using this forum (I've never seen a youth use this forum by the way Neil) but you accept some pretty bad behaviour as long as you approve of it. You've insulted me and others calling us 'stupid' on this forum, regardless of the fact that we are far more intelligent and educated to a far higher and broader degree (in many postgraduate degrees).
