  • Your age by eating out!!

This is really bloomin weird....it works!!!! YOUR AGE BY EATING OUT

Don't tell me your age; you probably would tell a falsehood anyway-but your waiter may know!

YOUR AGE BY DINER & RESTAURANT MATH
    This is pretty neat.
DON'T CHEAT BY SCROLLING DOWN FIRST!
It takes less than a minute .
Work this out as you read ...

Be sure you don't read the bottom until you've worked it out!
This is not one of those waste of time things, it's fun.

    1. First of all, pick the number of times a week that you would like
to go out to eat. more than once but less than 10)

    2. Multiply this number by 2 (just to be bold)

    3. Add 5

    4. Multiply it by 50

    5. If you have already had your birthday this year add 1757 .... If you haven't, add 1756.

    6. Now subtract the four digit year that you were born.

You should have a three digit number

Yes, but next year (2008) add 1758 if you've had your birthday (1757 if not). In 2009, add 1759,...

    So no need to hurry.

Here's another one - this is unbelievable:

      Think of your age.
      Double it.
Divide the number you get by two.
      Now add 7.
      Subtract 4.
      Take 3 off the number.
Now put two zeroes on the end of the number.
      Then multiply it by 10.
Now, cross the 3 digits off the end.

      You will now have.....

      .... your age!!!!

      Extraordinary.

            Hi Imy,

..........really like this, , so, by my calculations that makes me 96, , seriously though, I've never seen this before, although the guys here probably have. Interesting one though, and fun to do, and not the best at the old puzzles sometimes, not too bad with word ones, but rubbish at the maths based ones.... ]

            Great fun......

            Lol......xx

Did you know that when you were 10, you knew exactly how old you would be when reading this? Even though TSF wasn't yet up. So, for anyone who is over 10 years old, try this. It is truly extraordinary...

                  1) Calculate how many years it is since your 10th birthday
                  2) Now multiply that number it by 5
                  3) Double the number
                  4) Add 100
                  5) Now, the last digit of the number you are left with will be the number of times you will be World Snooker Champion.
                  6) Cross off that last digit... and you are left with....

                  your age!

                  Amazing!

I tried it with Jimmy White about 20 years ago and it worked.
