Nope, Roddick just crashed out. Three tie breaks in a row. And he lost all three.

Federer verses Gasquet then, a repeat of last years first round that Federer won in straight sets. I guarentee you that Gasquet wont even play 10% of how he played today when he plays Federer.

That should be TWO in a row of course.

Oh yeah, I forgot the fifth set has no tie breaks. I saw 7-6 to the Frog and assumed Roddick lost.

I think I'll just root for Rafa then. I do not expect any surprises anymore.

Great advert! Thanks for posting it Alex!

Well, the way it's been going recently, Roger can soon do another one saying: "Hey Tiger, where is your 13th title? Can't keep up anymore?" Just wish he would finally win the French Open and win all majors in one season. I know he's got it in him. Come on Rog!

Djokovic is at 4/1 on betfair to beat Nadal. That seems a good price to me - did djokovic show any sign of the groin strain he had against Hewitt?

                  I would guess Sue Barker.

He did injure his hip but the groin was alright. Also his match lasted 4 hours and 59 minutes and his previous match was 3 hours and 59 minutes so he will be very tired. However 4/1 is very nice odds and may have a pound or two on him winning the match.

I've had money against Nadal since his match with Soderling, but i used PaddyPower so i got my money back with that one and Youzhny. Berdych was embarrassing today, hope he watches a tape of that and thinks about what he actually wants to do with his career.

Anyway....i'm never betting against Nadal again. Non-choking + luck = no no for me.

I was very annoyed with Berdych today. I had him at 40-1 each way before the tournament and with his 9-0 5 set record and his 3-2 record over Nadal I thought he could pull it off.

Quite shocking news in Belgian tennis world yesterday. As we couldn't be bothered the champagne was already in the fridge. But well deserved from Bartoli after all as in set 3 she outplayed our Justine. I will try, though it won't be easy, to show more modesty next time instead of starting some final countdown to the title here
I saw that going differently in my mind

I guess we can't be very objective when it comes to sportspeople from our country. I know I can't!
