WWE- Chris Benoit and family found dead!

World Wrestling Entertainment is deeply saddened to report that today Chris Benoit and his family were found dead in their home. There are no further details at this time, other than the Benoit family residence is currently being investigated by local authorities.

Tonight’s Raw on USA Network will serve as a tribute to Chris Benoit and his family. WWE extends its sincerest thoughts and prayers to the Benoit family’s relatives and loved ones in this time of tragedy.

I was very sad and utterly shocked to hear this news. I was always a big fan of the Crippler because of his aggressive wrestling style and his awesome technical skills, rivalled only by the likes of Bret Hart and Kurt Angle.

I'm sad to see him go, but I am even more sad at whatever could have driven him to do such a thing, if indeed the murder/suicide is really true. It's so hard to believe that such a successful man could do something like that. He had it all, he was a champion, a hero to many, and an inspiration to a lot of people.

RIP Chris!
