I like all the list but voted for lamb as my favourite, lamb roast and of course mint sauce hmmmmmm
Best goat I ever had was Caribbean goat (I called it stew) but they called it something else

Chicken and fish for me.. due till illness but I don't like meat anyway..

It's probably authentic enough if you're Chinese as you'll get different food, but my experience of it as a Brit has just been that it's the same food you get anywhere else but at much higher prices.
