Terrorist Attacks on London & Glasgow

Just wondering what peoples views are on this.....

By the sounds of it, the security services had very little idea about the current attempted attacks that took place on Central London and Glasgow Airport.

I have also read recently about several suspects that were under observation that have been lost and have apparently returned overseas.

If this is all what educated terrorists are reduced to, low-tech botched attempts leaving a string of clues all over the gaff, i think something will easily be done about all this.

Some governments want us to believe they are a high sophisticated network of terrorists. It just suits them to do a bit of scare mongering to implement their Big Brother tactics. Our government want us to believe we are also on the top 5 countries to have any terrorist attacks. If you have ever been at Schiphol airport, there is a lot of security behind the customs barrier. But at the departure and arrivals hall, the railway station is straight under and thousands people come and go everyday, without any security whatsoever. If there would be a professional network, an attack would have long been planned and put into action. The same applies for our underground. No barriers to enter the U stations, like London and Paris. Totally inadequate. lets be happy those so called terrorists are a bunch of amateurs, who of course should be rounded up whatever status they have.

I think unfortunately, the terrorist threat will never leave us because of IRAQ. In some ways i supported the IRAQ war, in some i didnt, but did we really know the reason we went to war or were we just George Bush's puppet doll with our strings being pulled. Also unfortunately, due to the attacks being linked with the terrorist group, all muslims are being tarred with the same brush, which i think is wrong as I am sure they feel this wrong also
