Sending a cue to someone with no feedback?

Cues to the USA attract no customs duty but I would be wary, nobody here plays snooker compared to pool! MW sends cues in plastic tubes and charges £60 to here.

The payment is cleared and all gone into my account I've paid £70 for it to be posted signed for and insured so that should be fine he put another £50 in my account so it would be sent. Been speaking to him on whatsapp and he seems legit took photos of every stage of the packaging to cover myself. Very risky hope it all goes well otherwise I'm in the s*** pardon my French.

If I've got photos of every stage and insured and the cue needs to be signed for is that enough evidence if anything was to go wrong

Get rid of the middle man (Ebay).
Sell the cue between you and the buyer via Paypal. Money received by a friend - you send cue with international priority, insurance and tracking.
This puts all the eggs in your basket - If he or she does not want to buy the cue this way - I'd back out and keep your cue.

The couriers take no responsibility for anything and make it extremely difficult to claim against them, I now have separate cargo insurance.
