  • Movie Remakes starring players

Which films would you like to see remade and which players would you want in the lead roles?

    The Hustler:
Fast Eddie - Mark Selby because he's a Pool Shark.
Minessota Fats - Tony Drago as the best in the country.

    Home Alone:
    Kevin - Blaine Hendry.
    Harry - Alex Higgins.
    Marv - Michael Holt.

    Inspector Gadget:
Gadget - Jimmy White. With a robotic arm, he'll soon get back to winning ways.

Eddie Felson shot "fast and loose", Selby is slow and tense! I'd say an arrogant young Alex Higgins would be a better fit for the role - and I'm sure he would have hustled a fair bit in his day.

I am sure I´m not the first to mention this as this comparison simply had to arise during Ronnie O´Sullivans matches and his expressions..

John Higgins as Laurel, that´s a great one Templeton.
Robbo's potting is so good he doesn't need to bother with positional play like the rest of the players. He laughs in the face of those who spend hours on the practice table perfecting their cue ball control! ~ Forman
