Russia will be second in group D, and then they will beat Holland in the quarterfinal.

Why are people impressed by Portugal? They have the easiest group. They will lose from Germany in the quarterfinal.

My God, more sour grapes and sucking lemons. I am not a nationalistic freak (otherwise would not follow the snooker , but it seems you cant stand Holland and cant admit beating the world finalists with this margin is quite an achievement.

I guess Van der Sar was lucky as well standing at the right place where the ball was coming. And think you have to get your stats right as Holland did win euro, and ended up several times in the semis which Spain never did. And pity we dont have to discuss England as they never did anything decent in the euros. Could not even win it at home!

          Tah!

Holland have done this in the past and blown up in the knockout phase a la Spain. My two tips are still in it in Croatia and Romania so I am very pleased.

Also how can you say Liverpool don't have top players upfront when Torres plays for them!

No Rudes goal against Italy wasn't offside, have you not read the rules? UEFA stands behind the swedish ref in that matter. But yes it all comes down to being fortunate, lucky *******s scoring seven goals in two games against the world champions and the runners up! I think you should admit being wrong about Holland instead of making up silly excuses.

Romania does not have what it takes to win this tournament, of that I'm sure. Croatia however could be dangerous and many people have thought that from day one.

Holland or Spain. Wouldn't be surprised if any of these two win.

And Holland did? Lets not forget Scotland beat France home and away in qualifying so don't go over the top. They will find it tough as they did in qualifying against a well organised team in Romania. I can't wait to watch the two perenial bottlers, Holland and Spain, play each other.

I have really enjoyed this tournament so far probably because England aren't in it so there hasn't been the usual media circus.

                    • I never said they will win it. just read back. Dont start about bottlers, before we know Stevens is the main talking point again.

ps. Dont be so sarcastic at your age, there is so much to enjoy in this world.

No, no, no, no, no, no! Wipe your tears, my darling. A draw against Russia is quite sufficient.

Probably not in a while unfortunately it's a hard task to make it fit in the schedule, with school and all :/ But certainly some time in the future, when life has cooled off
