Away form Snooker: What is everyone's opinion on Faldo's captaincy in the Ryder cup?
Withstanding yesterdays disapointing start, I am not impressed by how he has done thus far: Two questionable wildcard picks ( always going to be a personal thing), lets slip his playing order, turns up late for conference ( thus giving Azinger a great tonic for his team to gee them up), very poor opening speech, and questionable relationship with the media
My own thoughts aside those mentioned is that whilst players and public alike respect Faldo for his record in a great career they don't respect Faldo the man?
The British sporting press will certainly be gunning for him if we loose come Sundy night.....They will certainly have him for how he used to be very untollerable of them when he was in his heyday
