It wasn't what she said (foul and a miss), it was the way she said it

When Wenbo came running out into the arena before he'd been introduced....then went running back was it at the World Champs?

Going back has to be Alex Higgins trying to play with a broken foot & hopping around the table on one leg........i seem to remember some music footage for the tournament "lets go to the hop"

My funniest moment as a referee was when my friend was taking charge of a local final and I was on the scoreboard.

First player breaks off, and cue-ball goes in-off into the green pocket – foul: 0-4.

Second player comes to the table and, while placing the cue-ball, touches the yellow with his hand – foul: 4-4.

First player comes to the table and thinks he is allowed to move the white when in fact it is now in play. He touches the cue-ball and he iss immediately called foul – 4-8.

Second player now realises he must play from there and plays a similar shot to the original break-off – so similar that the cue-ball again goes in-off, in the same pocket! 8-8.

I have never before come acaross a frame that starts with two fouls on each side!

About 5 minutes later two lads playing on a neigbouring table had a problem with the rest. Like many tables, this one had little frilly bits going round the edge of the light-shade. The player, having played his shot, picked up the rest and the head caught in the frills; he had a really difficult job sorting it out. We'd only just recovered from the laughter of our own frame and it all started again!

                      LOL!! That's quite rare actually!

                      My most embarassing moment?

.........Missing the reds on the break in a tournament!! Don't ask any more!
