Mark Williams quit boxing because in his words "I kept getting beaten up" so that rules him out. I reckon Rory McLeod is snooker's toughest hard man.

just check mark williams wikipedia page, apparently he won 12 out of 12 amatuer boxing fights. think he's being a bit modest there.
