Do I need to deal with all ebay sellers from Nigeria/Indonesia who never wants to pay with Paypal, to advice others that these are scams?

Do I need to get hit by a car before I could tell others that I am sure it would hurt like hell?

Do I need to be murdered before I could express my condemn on murdering?

Do I need to be drown before I am qualified to tell our children to watch out for deep water?

Do I need to have jumped off a cliff to warn others that they would most likely die if they do?

Do I need to try a cue from Keith Auld before I could express my opinion on this forum that he is a con?

You don't need to be hit by a car to say that it would hurt, but saying that certain driver will hit you and kill you without even seeing the way he or she drives - surely that would not be right thing to say. Same as paypal, you can warn, but you can't be sure the certain person is cheat unless you have genuine evidence.
The murdering, drowning etc, are completely different situations.

This is getting just as interesting as all the biggest mikes, daves, tonys etc polls.

The only thing I have not done is to give him my hard earn cash to get ripped off like the other have. So, do I have to get hit by this driver to be qualified to comment?

If Keith was an indonesia ebayer, i have seen him cheat, so have many members here. Am i not allowed to let others know this ebayer is a con, because I have not been cheated?
