    Tom Tothill was a professional billiard player from 1907-1930s playing at the highest level but not quite winning the events; early 1920s accompanied Faulkner on a world tour.
    He emigrated to Canada 1927 where he did play in the Professional Canada billiards competitions for a few years.
    This cue was advertised in 1924 and 25 and said the green tint relieved eye strain and helped with vision as it contrasted with the cue ball.
    Came in two models, the Special as 21/- and the Super Cue at 35/-
    I think the one on ebay is the Special.

    Seen this and it is a nice cue for the shorter player or decent for uk pool too.
