Apparently i can't list it as a replica according to the spiel on ebay:

The listing that was removed appeared to violate eBay policy. Please remember that you are responsible for the quality and authenticity of the products that you offer on eBay. It is against eBay policy to list any counterfeit items.
So basically any replica cue that has ever been sold was against their terms of service,

Might attempt to relist it with a hint or two to it probably not being authentic.

relisted, put emphasis on the cue "looking right" in the description so hopefully thats enough of a hint.

This Shamford cue is back, despite the starting price of £500 attracting no interest, you now have the option to snap it up right away for £1000 to save yourself losing out in a painful bidding war

The seller I believe may well have been a little naive when he first purchased this cue.

He went on the word of the previous seller saying it was a Stamford & unfortunately he's now been stuck with a Pool Spec cue that could be any cue.

It's nice, but I'm swithering on that, or this fine thing.

how about that? You have to pay for delivery on top though, bear that in mind! This has been up for so long surely even at 1p per listing he would've racked up more in listing fees than the cue is worth

You don't pay to list an item
                      (Or at least I don't !)

Listed my glover shaft "black plate", was 100% honest with the listing with the timeline of the cue and everything so hopefully ebay don't take the wee this time.
