Totally agree with Andy Hunter - I have a great cue by him which has a solid, quality feel to it

andy is a living legend but he will not start making cues for people as a business he is not interested in that.

That's the kind of passion I admire. I have far more respect for those cuemakers who place importance on the skill and pride in making cues - whether to sell or as a hobby. I'm lucky to have been able to get my hands on one of his cues! No one at my club knows of him but when they pick up the cue they like it, but since they don't recognise the name they are quick to criticise it without playing a shot with it. Just goes to show many don't really know what makes a good cue even if it's in their own hands!

I believe he started around the late 80s to early 90s (would love to pin this though), but this was not necessarily under his own name; so this 18yrs is possible

Crispian doesn’t make cases any more , but if they go for that figure ........I will sell one of mine !

I’ve got a 3/4 one that I don’t use , but got my name put in it .....so no chance of selling that !
