Narl, give the bloke a ring to make a deal. Hes a good lad, ive has exceptional cues off him for decent prices. Can tell you love a bicker. I will say it again john parris cues are poor! Although i quite like that front splice on that pool spec ultimate.

Yes, it’s a 8mm JP Ultimate but it’s for a uk pool player not snooker! I think that’s allowed??

Maybe so but he's looking £1500 for it, that tip size drastically reduces who would buy it, the fact it's maple even more so. Be surprised if he even breaks even on it.

Strange thing is, the butt is listed as "used once", .

as is the mini butt he also has for sale,

as is the "extension pole" . All used only once ( presumably resulting in the shaft splitting event ).


So the "one or two scratches" maybe happened during this calamitous first outing for the cue + accessories

Trying to imagine that first use with the cue , mini butt and tele extension all attached. . . . .

You would hope it was quite a long session if the shaft split.

i googled it earlier as well. the wood itself isnt bad looking but on that cue it does not look nice. makes the splice look rough even though its probably smooth feeling.

but also the guys pictures dont look very well lit so.

It states the front splice is Black Palmyra in photo 2 on listing.
