Has anyone been unfortunate enough to have to use eBay Protection for an expensive cue purchase and found it to be rock solid and of use; i.e. they didn't get gipped when something went wrong? Did eBay save you?

Yes a few times, always get money back but it takes around 2 to 3 weeks that's all. -
I got money back with a fake cue. Ebay were quite helpful, had to jump a bit thru hoops mind. I didnt even have to pay return postage.Comment
