Its too expensive for eBay, not saying it isn't worth it but people want a bargain and don't appreciate the quality of the Thai cues yet, I think you'll be lucky to get offers around £250. My advice, unless your desperate for the cash, trade it with a fellow enthusiast on here, that way you both get a good deal and avoid any fees and hassle of eBay.
The Thai market is a bit of a gamble I'm afraid, the more good cues and makers coming out will increase there reputation and should increase there value, but in reality they have the ability to flood the market which ultimately will devalue them, especially the second hand market.
