in reply to your "report", you can delete this post by using the Edit Post, then Go Advanced, and you should see at the top of the post an option to Delete post.

Or you can just use Edit Post and delete the text you have in the post

Don't think he can delete/edit posts because he hasn't been on enough to be have that facility yet
