Personally I wouldn't buy it as ( no offence) but it could be any Parrish cue and the pain of sending it off , cost and time for it to be done.

Would be worth more to have it done before hand

It’ll only take an hour or two of my time to get it changed. Though, being a Parris cue it can only be a special upwards, the next being the Paragon before the Ultimate.

Well no it couldn't could it ?
ie no other standard Parris has this design, therefore assuming it is a Parris cue then it must be a special, paragon, or even ultimate

You can get personalised badge on any Parris cue at all

Definitely, but anyone can pay for modifications to a Parris cue after buying it.

I have no reason to doubt that it's a Special - but just wondered why it could never be a Unique cue.

Because Unique cues (as pointed out) are one piece, this cue is a 3/4

It could but the butt on a regular 3/4 is much longer than it would be on a chopped 1 piece.
