Have to say that the date on the invoice appears to be consistent with the cue, as Stamford only started stamping a serial number on the butt from December 2015.

Triple surely ? Actually hard to know what Stamford charge as you have to ask, no longer show prices, but i thought they were around a grand max

Yes, I'm sure you're right Jrc, I've seen a few slightly more honest ads on eBay not hiding the fact it's been bought to sell for a profit and save someone who is happy to pay a wait of currently around a year I believe? Those Ads wanted ?1500 last year so just ?500 profit instead of ?2k!
