  • Full Size Snooker Table For Sale

Full size snooker table for sale - 12' x 6'.

High quality table in mahogany, very nice broad turned legs.

Comes with all cues and rests, a mahogany scoreboard and a wall rack for cues.

There are a few small chips in the slate (at the joins) which would obviously be filled and smoothed over anyway when the table is reassembled.

Some scratches and scuffs on the woodwork, but nothing major.

The cloth could probably do with replacing but there are no rips or tears in it, so a hoover, brush and iron would have it very playable.

The table has been disassembled and is ready to be collected.

£225 or best offer, cash on collection preferred.

I'll take some pictures later and post them here!

I bet it's a typo, must be like 2250. And if I could get one for 225 in Croatia I'd be all over it like a rash

It's well worth it if anyone has room for it somewhere; saves spending a fortune in clubs on table time and rubbish food - and if you wake up in the middle of the night in the mood for a game, you're good to go.

Nope, no typo (though if buyer insists they can add zeros where they feel necessary). Hopefully it'll attract some interest in this country!

            Pictures...

Here are some pictures of the legs (if you're into that kind of thing).

I couldn't get the lighting quite right; I took a couple of pictures with the flash on and the others without. The balance is somewhere in between in reality, a bit darker than they appear in the pictures with the flash on.

If anyone's interested they can reply in this thread, send a PM or an email.

            Thanks!

Have you made any enquiries as to how much it would be to ship?

I'd have it but its a bit far to come and get it on my push bike, would probably have to make several journeys too

But if the shipping to Swindon is reasonable

I have to agree with the others, 225 pounds is insane! You can't even get an old barbox with torn cloth for that kind of money here in Hungary. You have to pay thrice the price for a decent 8' pool table here, and no, it's not mahogany..

I hope you will get better offers in the end, it must be worth more than that.

I'll have a look around, if anyone has any advice I'd appreciate it!

If you PM me your postcode I could get an estimate...

If you look on ebay, you will find snooker tables really cheap.

It is not that there is no demand for them.

The problem is that most people (myself included) do not have a big enough room to accommodate a table.

Exactly. Tha tables themselves are very affordable (second hand at least). Having somewhere to put them isnt. At least for most people.

That is the issue, though I still think this table is much nicer than a lot of the ones you see at this price, with square legs and less attractive wood.

I think I could have the table shipped to pretty much anywhere in the country for £250 or less depending on where you are, if that helps anybody.

I'd have to look into that!
