Yes, it does look a bit wonky in the pic right enough.

Rest assured it's just the pic. the cue is perfectly straight

im sure its perfect ! i just wanted to know if i was still pi**ed from last night!

infact i should use this thread to praise mike, as i was lucky enough to accquire a wooldridge pro5 this week which has been through a few owners over the last year, and ive never potted as well with a cue in my 20 years of playing pool ! i usually play with an 8mm tip and the cue is 9.3mm but i cant even think about retappering it as i have cleared up off the break qite a few times and every ball just keeps going in the center of the bag! every time !
I honestly can not miss ( until i press the submit reply button in a few secs and give it the kiss of deth)
I hope you get what its worth! dont take any silly offers, and last of all well done mike ! ( i dont think i will be sending the cue back to alter it by the way)

Yeah I've found a 9.3 tip to be fine for UK pool if you've got a good piece of wood. Any bigger and it gets hard to play screw near the rail but otherwise you can play virtually any other shot just as well.
              Tear up that manure-fed astroturf!
