ADR147 cue for sale

Hi Forum,

Got an Andrew Ramsay (ADR147) handmade cue for sale.(made by himself)
Plain black ebony butt - Dead Straight

Specs are:
3/4 Ash Shaft
57 Inches
10mm tip
Weight Around 17oz
Balance point around 16 Inches
3 Facing Chevrons comes with 6" mini butt

ive had it about two months only used it a few times as its a little light for me !! comes with a mini butt also the 3/4 butt fits a trevor white joint

im not using it any more if i cant sell it ill probably taper it down for pool b ut i dont really wanna do that

Here's an option for you which might end up with you having a cue you like. Go to a golf supply shop and buy yourself some lead tape. It's weight is about 1 gram in one inch.

Weigh off how many ounces you want to add to the ADR cue and then tape it evenly on each side of the present balance point of the cue. As long as you don't hold the cue tight into your body when you play you should be fine.

If you like it at the now corrected weight then it's a pretty easy matter to add that extra weight in a 3/4-butt at the joint although it means one end of the joint has to be removed and some lead pellets in epoxy glue have to be inserted. Any competent cuemaker can do this and the advantage is you will be adding the lead near the balance point of the cue
