hey, if u were to sell a cue and a case, like, if i ordered a mastercraft custom cue and wanted a case. does the shippiing apply to both items seperately, or would u put the cue in the case and ship it as one item for less? how much would it cost for the cheapest 3/4 cue(custom, soim guessing thats the black prince cue) , and case, and an extra extension (like extendable one? if theyre available) all shipped to australia? thanks
