    Thanks.

Take the £320. Unless you're making it up.

If you have nothing useful or constructive to offer can you please leave this thread alone.

The people who have made offers know who they are, they might chime in they might not but please take your childish comments somewhere else and let the adults do business.

Vlad, you offer is still valid but I thought you wanted to collect it.

Although hundreds if not thousands of TSF members are very familiar with all manner of cues and prices...
few would be used to your tone mate.

You have been here ten days. You have made 23 posts starting with requests for information on the
valuation of your Parris... refurbishing that Parris... and now the selling of your Parris.
Sorry, you also made two posts about the size of your balls.

I think you have received useful help when asked, so maybe you could give back to TSF by sharing your
comments on any of the hundreds of other snooker-related threads here, before telling members what to do.
Also, that way it wouldn't seem like you're just being a "user".

            Good luck with your sale!

I have no problem with you telling me that, but you don't have to hijack my thread to do so.

You can pm me or email me and I will be glad to listen. Now anyone who looks at this thread will not take it seriously because of you so thanks for that.

There is a cues forum and a sales forum here, I wasn't aware that there was any rule against using either.

When I was looking for info on my cue I came across this place and decided to ask. I was surprised that people started making me offers so instead of listing it on ebay like I had intended i decided to list it here as there seemed to be some interest.

If there is something wrong with that then please let me know.

                Right.

                A. Good & no one is hijacking anything.
You run something up a flagpole and see if people salute.
                Some won't. Fair enough?

                B. This is a public forum isn't it? I should be able to ask you whatever I want shouldn't I?
Why wouldn't someone take your cue and pricing seriously Jimmy?

                C. No usage rules really, except the honesty often inspired by experienced and knowlegeable
members' questions and comments. Nothing to fear mate.

                D. It's great that you give TSFers first crack at a good cue at a great price.
Nothing wrong with that at all.

Myself I joke around a lot. Some are more cynical than me.
It's all good. No harm intended.
As I said. Good Luck, and I mean it.

                    Sure my friend.

                    1. You didn't mention whether your Exclusive was a one piece or a jointed 3/4 [ so HaHaHa ].

                    2. There is a lot of talk about the age of a Parris indicating whether he made the cue or an apprentice/assistant
[ the older the better, in other words ].

                    3. Parris cues can be as smooth and addictive a good whiskey.

                    Harm?

                      Good joke... after the explanation.

You could just have reminded me that I hadn't stated it was 3/4

                        Jimmy,

If you really have something very collectible you should not worry about not being able to sell it because of what others have said.

This forum is consist of the most knowledgable cue collectors, the best cue makers, and many good players including some pro players. These people know enough about cues to know what your cue is worth. What they do not know is what kind of a person and a seller you are, and they are perhaps waiting to find out before they make you an offer.

Being so rude to others will not win you any business. Take it for what it is worth, I meant these as nothing but friendly advice.

I understand where you are coming from.

I was just dissapointed to check back on my thread and find that the first reply was practically accusing me of being a liar and the second one seemed to be sarcastic.

Not exactly the start I wanted on a 'for sale' thread.

                            This is a joke right....

I totally understand why your getting up peoples noses a bit.

You come here asking how much your cue is worth and if it's worth having it refurbed/cleaned and when people are offering decent enough amounts for the parris cue you are now trying to milk it for everything you can...

I'm getting a new trevor white soon for a better price than you want for this dirty looking cue with not the best looking shaft and uneven splicing and ya want top dollar for it...pffftt...

And it's defo been a bit underhand how your trying to do business on here if ya ask me.

Why couldnt ya just put the cue up at a price you was happy to take in the first place and all would have been good, instead of this pipe dream ya got...

Like ya said you was happy to take 250 for it a few weeks ago but not now...

Why not? it's a good price for a grubby looking parris at end of the day and ya still trying to get more for it...

Your a joker right?....cos ya make me laugh...lol.

Anyways, thats my tuppence worth and that's why you aint sold it on here i reckon.

                            Ant...:snooker:
