Never simply buy cue from ebay unless you know the buyer or recommend by some pro.

Without pictures how you tell is fake ???????????????

2 days ago I did ask the seller to provide some photos to check the cue, but w/o any response till now. This make the whole thing very suspecious.

You could be jumping to conclusions ? - could be because your an overseas buyer he thought it wasnt worth sending them to you - lot of people dont want the extra hassle of sending cues out of the country

I hope I was wrong...I hope it's the John Parris cue the seller is selling instead of John Paris cue...I hope the seller can see this thread and proof me wrong, then I'll apologize personally to the seller.

surely the onus is on you to prove it's fake before making such a statement...

You could end up in trouble.

Spelling the name as John Paris instead of John Parris doesn't prove anything.. And if it does anything, then it proves that it's original..

Because if it was to be fake, the seller would actually be a lot more careful with the spelling of the name to stay away from suspicious opinions..

My intention is simply. I just warn people not to get cheated.

montoya10: there's big different between John Paris and John Parris, I don't think the seller is a 6 years old kid to make such mistake of spelling, also how could you explain why no photos are attached to the list, is the seller trying to hide something? It does not make sense at all.

It doesn't matter if I was right or wrong, the most important thing is for the buyer to get what is worth or real.

Ok, but why not talk about the no picture situation first? If there is something wrong with the cue, there simply is..

John Paris without photos is equal to John Parris without photos in my opinion..

But the point is John Parris is not equal to John Paris in term of price.
