I use a guiness bar towel and a craftsman cue cloth. Any towel should do though.
Oil you can buy for about 3 quid from lots of places (wilkinsons, hardware shops etc.), just buy raw linseed oil or you can buy cuemakers own variants.
Mike wooldridge sells his on his online shop, I think his is about 6 pounds.
Dave Coutts sells his on ebay http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/COUTTS-CUES-CU...item4cecc3c10a
As does Paul (Welshpooltrading) http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/SNOOKER-POOL-C...item1c0d3913da

Not played for 3 years and itching for a game....11-3-2017.
I have started using a face flannel for wiping my cue now. I find its really soft and cleans way better than regualr snooker/ beer branded towels!
Boiled linseed is easy to come by too.
