Hi,
I found this beautiful, extremely RARE, Spot Ebony (we call it 'Hyena' ebony here) blank that will be good for one 8-in Mini butt, at UT workshop today. Have asked UT to make an 8-in mini butt, that will be good for his cue or Omin's cue. The price for this wood in 8-in mini butt will be US$40, excluding aircost. It will be finished on March 13th

(Omin used to use this wood for his Hunter model, and 4-splice butt complete cue will cost around US$475. This 8-in one from UT will cost half of Omin's retail. One piece offer only. A great mini for both your play and collection)

Most of the local people here call the wood 'spot ebony', while Omin and UT call it 'hyena'. Freddie Ng knows a lot about this spot ebony on an Omin's Hunter. Less than 3 cues have been made so far by Omin.

No.. that's not what Unclevit means. He mean there is less than 3 cues were made with Hyena wood as cue butt.
Omin only use Hyena wood on his Hunter's cue.
