nothing wrong with tip size, but since most these cues go to hong kong the length of cue might be a problem, just seen pics can a sure cue is a cracker

        good luck with sales mate

I think the length and ferrule size will make this cue a hard sell, especially at that price since it is pretty far outside the norm.

Even at a much lower price someone will still have to pay a bunch to get a cuemaker to cut this down a bit and reduce the ferrule size as it means a total re-do of the shaft and no guarantee it will come out of that process well.

I think your looking at around £80 to have it reduced in size so that will bring the total cost of the cue £550, When I was last up at H & O, he offfered me a cue he had made for ronnie for £450. So I do think the cue is over priced unless it meets someone spec's.

How can the cue be overpriced?

Ask Hunt and Osborne to make you a cue to your own specs be it Green or Black plate and see how long you'd have to wait. I was actually going to have the cue shortened by H and O and was quoted a 3 month wait.

I'm all for people selling cues on this forum but when someone says that a cue which is just over a year and that cost over £600 to have made is selling for £475 ONO I think is ridiculous.

And I'm open to trades too.

Sorry mate, I,m not having a go, the point is the cue was made to measure for you, so unless you find someone who wants that exact spec the cue will be less than perfect. As for the three month wait. I'm very surrprize as a friend of mine has just had the same work and more done in two weeks?
Like I said it's a very nice cue and if your in the market and the cue is to your spec the cue is worth every penny.

                            Hey, gradz.

How much did it go for? What are you hoping to use next... or have you gone back to your original cue? (If you still have it).
