Philip , i believe you are missing the point .There is a 6 month plus waiting time for one of Trevor's cues .
He does not hold any stock.
ADR'S cues are brand new.
I bought one....don't care that it was slightly more as i was not wanting to wait . And you will not deal with anyone as professional to deal with as ADR .
If any of these cues are near to your specification , you can't go wrong .
Good luck whichever way you decide to go.Still trying to pot as many balls as i can !

Just ask H & O . 90% of their cues go to china / far east . But they will not deal with individuals . As you can see how hard it is to deal with people . They just sell to wholesalers . Then they don't get people changing the specs every week . Then can make more cues and get a lot less hassle .Still trying to pot as many balls as i can !

This is very funny, Mike would have loved it.
Phillip, ADR147 is offering you the option of getting the cue delivered in a professional and timely fashion without any waiting period.
Plus you can see the pictures of the butt and shaft before you make your decision, and the cue is brand new.
He will answer your email promptly and make sure everything is as they should be before your cue is sent.
He is charging a small fee to provide you this service.
I guess for a buyer who does not really understand English and is living so far away, to have such convenience and assurance for a small fee is not a bad idea, dont you think so?
Anyway, this is my 2 cents worth.Last edited by poolqjunkie; 23 October 2010, 07:11 PM.

you are right, china is the bigest market, i have a friend who got a tw's individually. if i am right, there is only one wholesaler in hongkong, but there are not too many options for cues. all of them look the same. one of the reason i choose tw is because less commecial rather than the other top cue makers around the uk.

I have been a member here for a while. In my opinion, ADR is a great cue seller who has worked very hard to promote Trevor's work. I must admit I am a bit surprise to read Trevor's response. I thought he would try to support ADR147 's sale of his Trevor White cues. But anyway....
Anyway, this is my 2 cents worth.
I have already sent a pm to one person commenting on this thread, and won't send any others. But, in response to what is said above about my support for Andrew (or anyone else for that matter), the honest truth is most important to me, above ANY support, and that is why I posted a reply earlier.
I DO NOT want people thinking that the prices Andrew has listed are the prices I set myself for the exact same design. They are not.
For me to say nothing on the matter and allow people to think that those prices are exactly what I would charge for a brand new cue, custom built to the same design and made to individual specs, I would be a fool.
My prices are LOWER than those advertised here, and are NOT the same.
If no mention was made of me charging the EXACT same prices, I would say nothing at all, as it's not my deal.
Am I making this clear???
