This is the "Bye Bye American pool" sale now that I'm back in a city with real tables 
Post to Australia only. These might be good value for a snooker/UK pool player looking to enter the odd comp of American pool without spending a lot on new cues.
Both cues straight and in good playing condition, no dings or scratches. Shafts have not been sanded significantly - the Meucci has been burnished a couple of times with 1200 grade and the Viking has had a beautifully smooth finish put on it using a special machine at a local pool hall. The only sign of use is the usual slight blue colouration of shafts over time.
Specs;
Meucci Demo cue: 18-19oz (adjustable), tip size 12.5mm, soft multilayered pig skin tip, black dot 35 flat-laminated shaft. The tip is not well matched to the cue, it really needs something harder like the le pro it was originally fitted with as the cue is quite responsive.
A$150 negotiable.
Viking GO2: - 19oz, tip size 13mm. Soft multilayered pig skin tip but needs a new one as well - played well originally but tip seems to have tightened up from lack of play. Good quality conventional shaft, I like the build quality and balance of these cues, the weight seems to be well distributed through the butt. When I tried this cue at the Wembly in Sydney it compared very favourably with demo cues sporting the high tech Mezz WD700 and Hybrid shafts. It just needs a better tip ATM - recommend kamui black soft.
