  • eBay Hunt & O'Byrne(black plate)

Hi all. i am selling this cue for my friend. It is a stunning black plate Hunt & O'Byrne. The cue is ash shaft and black ebony butt. For its age it is in stunning condition. The cue has a nice responsive shaft with very low deflection. The butt at the plate used to be round but now has a small flat put on it(done professionally) just to make it easy to feel the right way up with arrows. The back grain has no arrows and feels smooth in your bridge hand. It if fitted with a Talisman med cowskin tip. Any questions feel free to ask and please send offers to me via richy1471@hotmail.com or pm.
the cue comes with mini butt and telescopic extension. Cue is Jointed above splices. Also available is a custom made 3/4 case made from finest black croc skin and blue suedette interior. My friend wants £100 on top of cue price for case, which when you consider i made it for him at a cost of £150 and it is mint condition, makes it a good addition to cue.
Here are specs of cue. Thanks
    Length:57 1/2"
    Weight: 18 3/4oz
    Tip size: 9.3mm
    Butt Diameter: 28.5mm
    Jointed at 18"
    Balance point at 16".

prices of hunt and obyrne cues can stay irrational longer than you can stay solvent.

Definate same cue throughout. Just that the arrows are a few at that part but on reverse side there is no arrows.

Not 100% sure but around 20 years old just been re-finished recently that's why it looks so new, beautiful cue.
