  • eBay Selling John Parris Exclusive Cue

    Sold
Hi Everyone I am putting my JP Exclusive up for sale, I purchased this cue so that I had a playing Cue while waiting for my new Trevor white cue ( which should be ready soon). I hand picked this exclusive from the shop myself after several visits. IMO I think I picked out a peach of a cue, the shaft is just right not too stiff and not whippy at all. The grain is nice and straight and the overall feel of the cue is superb.
I'm selling the cue with mini butt, telescopic extension and 3/4 aliminium case.
I'm not looking to make a profit on this cue but am hoping to get most if not all that I paid. The whole package cost around £500 and thats without the case.
    The cue is
Ash ¾ with screw in butt extension
    57inch long
    9.5mm tip
    Balance at 16 1/4
    Weight 17 3/4 oz
    Butt 29.5 mm
Please visit John Parris site to and check out his prices which were current at the time I purchased the cue. I do have a receipt which I will dig out later.
    Please see pictures http://s971.photobucket.com/albums/ae200/cazmac1/
Reason for selling are as stated above and my new cue will be half an inch longer.

Hi coomsey, Will have to meet up again soon, I'm in top form at the mo hitting the ball reallly sweet.

Hi JRC, I had an email from trevor and the cue is going through the finishing process at the moment, so I just wanted to get the cue up on the forum. I not going to sell until I have a date from TW and if I don't get a reasonable offer I might just keep it.

Caz it,s none of my business but dont you think it would be wise to give your trev a try before selling this , as you may not get on with it at all . Unless youre desperate for the money .

If i,m buying cues and am going to sell , i wont sell until i,ve received my other one so that i can have a good hit with both and decide which one i prefer .

Sorry for babbling on but i,ve had a few sherbets .

Good advice that hotpot, as you say caz your hitting the ball sweet as at mo, i assume this is with your parris?

Keep hold of it, you'll only be selling your new trev next month and ordering a robin cook or summat not long after anyway...

Only joking bud, hope you get on with the trev as good as you are with the parris at mo...

Your 100% right Hotpot, I just wanted to get the ball rolling, I don't need the money from the parris to buy the TW. I will give the tw a couple of months before selling the Jp. I do want to get most of my money back as this is effectively a new cue. So I can see the sale been slow. If I can't get the money i'm after I would sooner hold on to it. I feel I'm getting closer to finding my perfect specs, It's taken a long time and if I'm right I should notice the difference straight away. The tw and JP will be very simular in specs apart from the lenght, the TW being 57.5.
thanks for the advice its much appreciated

Hi djcj 147, I was hoping to hold on to the cue a bit longer, but like you said if the price is right I will let it go. The cue is only a few months old so as you would expect is in perfect condition and perfectly straight. This is a very nice cue and I would not be letting it go but for the fact I want a slightly longer cue.
I will sit down later and work out my best price and PM you.
