That cue looks very nice however I would have to cut it back by 1" and install a 9.4mm ferrule before I could use it. For that reason I wouldn't offer you probably what you're seeking but I would be willing to make a lower offer since I would have to modify it to meet my specs.

Depends upon the tapering of the shaft but I think you can easily get to 9.5 after cutting off an inch.

I think you will struggle to even get close.

I have taken an inch of 2 cues from 8.5mm tip. One gave me 9mm tip, other gave me 8.8ish.
