You can see examples of my work in my photo album.
Most of my cues feature even splices on top and bottom but I need to be honest and tell you that sometimes the bottom could be a tiny bit off.
When I first started I was not as precise as I am now.
To get all splices even has been my goal all along and I am very pleased to say on almost all the cues coming out of my shop this has been achieved.
My top priorities have always been selecting the best shaft wood on each and every cue in order to build each and every cue with superior playability, using the best quality butt wood splices and taking my time to employ the best finish by hand on all my cues, plus to get the splices as precise as possible, to creat something my customers would be very proud to call his own.
I still have lots to learn, but it has been a lot of fun so far.

HI Pooqjunkie thanks for replying to me i know its a lot of work in making a shaft i resently sent a message to Keven Deroo and he is charging $350.00 to make a shaft plus you have to send him butt of cue and then you have to pay another $100.00 for shipping costs

I will try someone here in Montreal to make me a shaft possibly BERNARD Lauren Cues

$350 for a straight forward shaft ????????????? sounds like a complete rip off to me !
I don't know what kind of fancy job your after, but Andy Travis added a 3/4 joint to a damaged old cue of mine, and supplied a new shaft all for £40 .....bargain

The cue i want done is a John Parris TRADITIONAL Two piece cue i will also check John Parris how much he charges for a shaft on my cue. Cheers Leonard

Send it back to John Parris if you want everything to be original.

But if you are after a good job for a reasonable rate, there are many options. e.g. Robin Cook is a top craftsman with a very reasonable rate.

You may want to mention whether you want a nice select ash with matching grains at the join as that could make a difference in price.

I think those two cues have enough added value for a lot of reasons to be worth those prices to those who can afford them.

u need to start your own thread and update it once a week or something im sure you'd sell cues out of it and its not like u dont live on here anyway
