You replied no problem to send me shaft photos for that 4 splices of cocobolo cue and couple times email sent to request. But waiting for a month ready still no pics. I don't want to get wrong cue again if no photos. Do you have this cue? How long will you send me the right cues as I return them?

Macue i said you will have a pic of the cue before i send it and you will . I,m still waiting for the cue off you , You know the reson for the delay it was down to me not having access to a pc . Yes a made a mistake and i will hold my hands up and its not the first mistake i,ve made selling cues , in fact i,ve made two in total , and one of those were down to courriers mistakes . I,ve sold dozens and dozens of cues to happy and satisfied customers and have never had one complaint , so my track record is pretty good .

Yes i totally understand and appreciate that your annoyed but i promised you i,d sort it out and i wll , but to be honest its starting to cheese me off as well now and i,m in two minds to give you a full refund including all postage costs to you
