so do i, its a small country the uk and i suspect with this information it will not take the police very long, trouble is he is likely to only get a slap on the wrist unless he has a history of similar offences.

indeed positively shocking behaviour, just not british.

his parents really should change the colour of that front door.

I wonder if he has sold this ' Ghost ' cue to anyone else , apart from you and the other Forum member .

I hope your friends do manage to have a word in his ear .....and you get your money back .

I think your right, ive just had a judge in the garage and they reckon a fine and cos the twats a student it`ll come in at a fiver a week. Does not seem like justice to me. I think removal of his bridging hand would be a suitable puishment.

police are not really interested unless i can prove multiple victims i think. so lets try it this way. the last address i have for him is 26 armitage road huddersfield HD2 2UB anybody live nearby?, he is a student in aberdeen so anybody who is also a student there and has access to their campus network would be useful!

Sorry to hear a couple of forum users have been ripped off by some low life.

Would a trader rating system be easy to include on the forum ? I use a couple of other forums and they have a trader rating system in place, under your username you have a trade score for how many deals you have done, you can click on that number and it gives you a full breakdown of past deals a person has done.

A lot of money changes hands on here with cues and accessories, it would just seem sensible to put some sort of protection in place to try and stop what has happened on this thread from happening again.

I did, i looked at ADR's profile and the feedback part says "0" ...... Is it not being used on here ?

Your feedback also has "0" feedback.

Some kind of trader rule should be added where if you buy or sell something then you have to leave trader feedback, just suprised that Andrew has "0" for his trade score as he sells more stuff than Del Trotter.

Contact Paypal immediately. They can get the money back but you need to launch a dispute within 45 days, so get on it like sonic.

Did this scam ever get sorted Andrew? I'm guessing the plod are still not interested, despite the absolute mountain of information and evidence.
