        Damn right. I just don't get why 5-0 aren't interested. Offer them donuts if they get the money back. You'll have it in no time. Don't think I could've shown as much restraint as you, especially living so close to his uni digs!

                                I suggest you write directly to the Crown Prosecution Service, that's who has the power to authorise charging him, and also CC your local police and the police in his home town as he may be known to them.

                                It may seem like he'll only get a slap on the wrist, but would you employ someone with a conviction for fraud!!!
