                    This is a civil dispute so police won't get involved unless it's on a large scale. Your best option would be to go to your local Citizens Advice Bureau, and i'm sure they will be willing to help. You'll have to go down the small court claims route most likely. But you'll need a current address of his to do that. So ideally you want to make sure you have the right address. There is a £25 charge to use the service, but you add that charge to what the thieving git owes you. I hope this helps you get it sorted out

                      Just got on this thread...shame about this thievery!! It is nice to hear you guys across the pond sticking together to find a solution. Someone in a previous thread mentioned that if you send funds via paypal, for most items the transaction is insured, but I think you said "bank transfer" so not sure if that's covered. Andrew, if I could afford a trip over there I'd help you find the scoudrel. I would have been wary about this person when he posted a price of 250., half of the original price and then on top of that offering free world wide shipping.
