Sorry guys, I do attempt to go and get this sorted today but ended up nearly getting into my first fight in about 25 years which shook me up somewhat, will attempt again on Monday as I'm at a handicap competition tomorrow.

What was that all about then fella? i had a bit of shat off a guy back a wk or so ago.. bit of road rage, had this guy stop in front of me and got out his car threatening to rip my head off until i went a bit nutty on him, the fooker soon walked back to his motor like a sheep.

Basically some guy drove into the supermarket car park the wrong way round and just missed me and my car, he then duly parks in a parent and child designated parking space with no children at all in his car, just his missus. when I challenged him on both counts he got very, very, aggresive and I cmae as close as I have done for a long, long time to hitting somebody, (I actually raised my fist then something inside kicked in telling me to walk away from the situation.) what scared me most was my own internal rage as I've not felt like that for a very long time, I'd best get back to my martial arts training this week as it seems pretty clear to me that some focus pads need some serious pounding.
