Is there a list of patented joints or joint names anywhere Stan?
Not as far as I know, they could be patented for other applications.
The main patented and branded joint I have come across is the uni-loc (and other variants of it) which is a pool cue joint invented by Paul Costain from America. Other American cuemakers have patents but as far as I know they do not sell them to anyone else.
I have a couple of patents on cue joints (1Klik and QKlik) the latest to be granted is WO/2011/109854

Patent litigation in China is very complicated it is easier to stop the sale of patented products in other PCT controlled countries.Last edited by poolqjunkie; 6 October 2011, 01:07 AM.
