  • eBay 80's Riley Burwat & 90's Powerglide Galaxy Silk

I have 2 cues for sale both are 2 piece ash cues.
firs is old 80's hand spliced Riley Burwat specs are 17.4oz length 57.2inches tip 10mm butt diam is 28mm and balance is 18inch from the end of the butt.
Next cue is a early 90's Powerglide Galaxy Silk it has a nice jett black ebony machine spliced butt and it is 16.5oz length is 57 1/2 inches tip is 9.25mm butt is also 28mm in diam and balance is also 18 inches from the end of the butt.
Both cues will come in hard lines 2 piece cue cases. Also this will help keep them safe when posted.
I am wanting £50 for them both and would need £10 to cover the postage. why spend a fortune on crap cheap cues when you could buy these 2 well made seasoned cues for £60.
    thanks very much.

It is because I cannot see them when I stay in China! If I can see them I won't bother you to send me pictures. Do you understand now?

These cues were produced in the mid to late 80's and there was several different versions of it..some like mine and others just had a plain indian rosewood butt and some had a rosewood butt with 1 single splice normaly a yellow colour. As for quality..compared to some of todays cues mad by Riley and other so called big names then these old burwats are in my opinion head and shoulders above them in playability, feel ,looks, price, and when these cues were made they were no more than £100 in todays market i would think that a good conditioned 1 may be worth between £60 to £90. sorry for the rant. Hope this helps you.

Very grateful for your speedy reply and knowledge of the cue, mine as I said is almost identical green and sort of yellowy type splicing and the plastic type material oblong type name plate it is quite light in weight, I also own one of the Phoenix cues these are real stunning cues and good value, well equal to some of the more expensive cues, been on the lookout for a early Joe Davis in mint condition but no luck yet.
